Recognising the best of the lighting industry at the 2019 Lux Awards
Last Thursday, the Lux Awards were presented in front of senior lighting professionals, specifiers and major end-users at the exclusive London Hilton Park Lane.
From over 200 nominations, the judges drew up their shortlist; tested products and visited projects - the length and breadth of the UK.
We were truly honoured to be presented with the Supplier of the Year Award. Cited for our consistently high levels of environmental awareness, technical innovation and our ‘partnership approach’ with customers, such as The City of London, Wandsworth Borough Council and the London Borough of Brent - who we helped to meet their carbon objectives, through initiatives such as product delivery without cardboard boxes.
The City of London was additionally awarded Controls Product of the Year: for their street lighting upgrade. The project uses sister company Urban Control CMS, featuring RF technology. The City of London also won Client of the Year.
