High Court patent infringement victory secured for DW Windsor Garda AntiClimb®
Leading exterior lighting solutions provider DW Windsor has achieved a significant victory in its patent infringement claim against Urbis Schreder Ltd.
This recent judgment by the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court affirms the validity of thekey claims of DW Windsor’s patents and that Urbis Schreder admitted, during the course of the action, that their Alinea Anti-Climb infringes both patents.
