Garda LED handrail receives 5-star review ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Illuminated handrails provide light where needed: on the deck of a footbridge, across the breadth of a staircase – improving safety - and aiding visibility along ramps and walkways.
Shortly following the launch of Garda in 2010, we gained ‘best on market’ status by Lux magazine and subsequently won a Lux award for urban lighting, in 2011, for the transformation of Essex Street Steps.
Since then it’s enhanced many a statement project, both across the UK and internationally.
Adding to our accolades, we are excited to announce that Garda has recently received top marks (5 stars!) in the latest Lux Recommends: Handrail lighting article on Lux Review.
Reviewed by Alan Tulla, an experienced independent lighting designer and technical editor at Lux, the full review, available here, recognises the developments made, with two new versions available; Garda Pro, “providing high output solutions up to 150 lux” and Garda Comfort, “suited to where you want continuous line of light of around 30 lux”.
Garda was evaluated against eight other handrails. It was the only handrail reviewed to offer 2700K as a standard option with a CRI>90Ra (other CCT’s/CRI’s are available).
